The Mallee Murray Region look to assist players at an early age to develop the skills required in the game of cricket. This is done as part of a program aimed at 12/13 year olds and runs over 6 sessions and culminates in matches against other squads from within the Mallee Murray Region. In 2008/2009 the Mallee Murray Region will expand the squads to allow 48 players to participate in the program. These will be in the following squads:
